Do You Lend To Beneficiaries?
Yes – the most important thing for us is that you have a regular income. A benefit will normally qualify for this.
What if I’m self-employed?
This is a little more difficult. If you receive regular payments, then we may be able to help. However, most self employed people receive payments at irregular intervals, and this can sometimes make an approval difficult. By all means, come in and apply – we may be able to help.
How Much Do You Lend?
We lend from $100 to $1,000. However, not everyone gets $1,000 – its always income dependent and everyone’s situation is different. If you visit one of our branches, we give you cash over the counter. Otherwise, the cash is direct credited into your bank account.
Do You Do A Credit Check?
No – we do not contact any credit reporting agency to determine your creditworthiness.
Do I Have To Use My Car Or Other Assets For Security?
No – our short term cash loans are unsecured. This means that we do not take any interest in your assets and cannot repossess them. Our security comes from the fact that we provide a quick and efficient service that is valued by our customers, who will want to come back and use our service again.
How Long Does It Take?
For your first loan, the process usually takes 2-3 hours depending on how busy we are when you come in. Once you are an established customer, its very quick and convenient – typically 5-10 minutes to approve a new loan.
Do You Need To See My Pay Slips?
No – we should see your wages going into your bank account.
What If I Get Paid Cash-In-Hand?
Unfortunately, unless we can see a regular income going into your bank account, it is unlikely that we will be able to help you.
Once This Loan Is Paid Off, Can I Get Another One?
Yes - as soon as your existing loan is fully paid-off. However, you can’t have two loans at once, nor can you get a top-up on an existing loan.
Can I Borrow More Next Time?
The short answer is – “it depends”. Our short term personal cash loans are income dependent and we always take a fresh look at your financial situation each time you reapply for a loan. We take your regular income and outgoings into account as well as your payment history with us when assessing a new loan application. If you have a good credit history with us and your income & expenses are under control, then we may be able to increase the amount we can lend. However, if for example your income has dropped, then we may need to reduce the amount we can lend you, or we may not be able to lend to you at all on some occasions.
How Do I Get The Money?
If your loan application is approved, you can visit one of our branches & receive cash over the counter immediately. Alternatively, if you are unable to visit a branch, then we can transfer the cash into your bank account by direct credit overnight or, for a small fee, during the same day.
How Do I Pay You Back?
Our short term unsecured personal cash loans are paid back each pay night by direct debit. If you get paid weekly (for example) you would make four equal weekly payments – then its all finished!
Can I Pay By Cash?
Yes – you can make a cash payment at any one of our branches. Many customers make their final payment in cash before taking out a new loan.
Do I Have To Keep Using The Same Branch?
No, all our branches are linked together, so you can take out a loan or make a payment at any branch.
Can I Change My Payment Dates/Amounts?
Yes – just call one of our branches and explain that you would like to amend your payments and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Our preference is that you stick to the original dates agreed. However, if your situation has changed and your payment dates or amounts must change, then this can be done at no extra charge (unless your payments extend beyond the final payment date specified on the loan contract, in which case Late Fees may be added to your account).
What Happens If I Miss A Payment?
We will try and call you to discuss what action you would like to take or send you a letter advising that your payment has dishonoured. Often, all that needs to happen is for the missed payment to be rescheduled. So long as your loan is fully repaid by the final date specified on the loan contract, no additional fees will be added. However, if one or more payments extend beyond the final payment date, then Late Fees may be added to the loan.
Will You Send Me To The Debt Collector?
We do not like sending our customers to the debt collector. If your circumstances have changed and you are having difficulty making your regular loan payments, please call us and explain your situation. If you keep us informed and make an effort to make regular affordable payments, it is unlikely that you would be sent to a debt collector. On the other hand, if you don’t answer our calls and go “underground”, then you would leave us no option but to send you to the debt collector. You are in control.
Is Your Cash Loan The Same As A PayDay Advance Or Payday Loan?
Our short term unsecured personal cash loan is similar to what is generally refered to as a Payday Loan or Payday Advance. Every finance company will have their own terms and conditions however, & we beileve you will find our loans are superior to others available in the market. Our loans are very simple to understand, our fees are reasonable & we are very easy to deal with.
