Welcome back. You DO NOT need to apply on-line - that's only for first-timers!
Just contact your local branch or our Head Office directly by calling 0800 243783 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Usually, we will only need to see your latest bank statement transactions; we can send you a text link so that your bank statements come directly to us, which will save you time. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Applying for your First Loan?
Here are the ways you can apply:

What we need from you:
Before we can hand you over some extra cash, there a few things you need to show us:
1. Bank statements from the last 3 months
The first thing we need to see is a copy of your bank statements which show all transactions over the last 90 days. If you only get your bank statements via email, you could try printing them via internet banking or ask your bank to print them for you.
2. Two forms of ID
Suitable forms of ID include Passport, Drivers Licence, Birth/Marriage Certificate, 18+ Card, Community Services Card, Firearms Licence, Debit/Credit/EFTPOS Card or Super Gold Card.
Note: In general, we need one photographic ID plus one non-photographic ID. So, for example, a Drivers Licence + Birth Certificate is OK, but Birth Certificate + EFTPOS card is unfortunately not an acceptable combination, as neither are photographic. Please call to discuss whether the ID you have will be acceptable.
Even if you are unable to provide the required ID, we may still be able to ID you by running your details through an electronic ID service. Some charges may apply.
3. Proof of Address - two letters or bills with your name and address on them
We need to have an up-to-date address for you just in case we need to get in touch. So, we’ll need you to provide two letters or bills that have been posted to you at your current home address within the last three months. For example, a letter from your doctor and a power bill. Just make sure they are from two different organisations.
If you are renting and are one of the tenants listed on the tenancy agreement, a copy of your tenancy agreement would work as one of your letters/bills.
Unfortunately, your bank statements don’t count, even if they were posted.
