FlexiLoan Application

To apply for your first FlexiLoan, please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Print off our Application Form and complete all sections, using a black pen if possible.

You will need Acrobat Reader to open and print the Application Form. If you don't have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download Acrobat Reader here.

Step 2:

Fax or post the following documents to us:

  • Completed Application Form (both pages)
  • All your bank statements for the last three months.
  • Copies of your ID (two types)
  • Two letters or bills posted to you at your normal home address within the past two months.
