Applying is simple, you can fill out an online application form on this website, visit any one of our branches or phone us and we’ll let you know the best way of applying. We’ll need you to supply two forms of ID, proof of address, and 3 months bank statements to get your application started.

We loan from $100 to $1,000. However, not everyone needs or gets $1,000 – it’s always income dependent and everyone’s situation is different. If you visit one of our branches, we give you cash over the counter. Otherwise, the cash is put into your bank account.

If we approve your loan, you can come into one of our branches in Auckland or Hamilton and we’ll give you the cash right there and then. But if you can’t get into a branch, then we can transfer the cash into your bank account overnight or, for a small fee, during the same day.

To be eligible for a loan, you need to have a regular income (this can be from a job or WINZ/ACC/pension etc) and your own bank account. 

To apply, you need to complete our application form, provide your latest 3 month's bank statements, two forms of ID and proof of address.

Yes, we call this a Joint Application. You can make a Joint Application so long as you are both living together and are partners in the true sense of the word (i.e. a brother and sister living together are not partners, and so cannot make a Joint Application). Both applicants would need to provide the information described above; i.e. application form, bank statements, ID & proof of address.

Yes. With a Joint Application, we can take account of both partner's income, and so this may enable us to offer you more than if you applied on your own.

For your first loan, the process can take 2-3 hours. Once you are an existing customer however, its much quicker - usually 5-10 minutes to approve a new loan.

If you do internet banking, we can send you a link to a secure website which will result in your bank statements being emailed directly to us. You don't need to go to your bank or print anything off.

If you receive regular payments into your bank account, then there is a good chance we will be able to help. However, the self-employed often receives irregular payments and this can sometimes make an approval difficult. There's only one way to find out - apply now, and we will let you know if we can help.

Yes – the most important thing for us is that you have a regular income. A benefit will normally qualify for this.

No – our short term cash loans are unsecured.

No – your bank statements should give us everything that we need.

Unfortunately, unless we can see some sort of a regular income going into your bank account, it is unlikely that we will be able to help you.

Our loans are usually repaid over a six week period, by direct debit. So, if you get paid weekly, you would make six equal weekly payments – then it’s all done!

Yes – you can make a cash payment at any time at any one of our branches.

Yes, call us and we will give you our bank account number and an appropriate payment reference.

You can get a new loan as soon as your existing loan is repaid, or you may be able to refinance the remaining balance of an existing loan into a new loan - please speak to one of our team members to see if you qualify for this (conditions apply).

The short answer is – “it depends”. Our cash loans are dependent on your income and your account conduct with us, so we’ll take a fresh look each time you reapply for a loan. We take your regular income and outgoings into account as well as your payment history with us. If you have a good record with us and your income and expenses are under control, then we might be able to increase the amount we can offer you. However, if your income has dropped or you have recently had trouble meeting your loan repayments, we may need to reduce the amount we can offer you.

No, all our branches are connected, so you can get a loan or make a payment at any branch.

Yes. You can do this by logging in to your account with us and requesting a payment change. Alternatively, just call one of our branches and let us know you’d like to change your payments and we’ll arrange this for you.  Please note that if you delay or reduce a payment, then the loan will take longer to repay and so additional interest/administration fees will apply.

A Dishonoured Payment Fee and Default Notice Fee may be charged if your payment to us is dishonoured by your bank. If you know ahead of time that you won't have enough money in your account to make a payment, please call us before 10a.m. on the date of payment and request a payment reschedule. This will usually avoid the bank dishonour, and the associated Dishonoured Payment and Default Notice Fees. Note: Additional interest and administration fees will still apply. It is not necessary for you to cancel your direct debit authority. If you do not have a loan with us, no payments will be debited from your bank account. If you need to stop a payment for any reason, please contact us and arrange for your payment to be rescheduled and/or reduced etc.

We do not like sending our customers to a debt collector. If your circumstances have changed and you are having difficulty making your loan payments, please call us and talk to us about your situation. If you keep us informed and make an effort to make regular affordable payments, it is unlikely that you would be sent to a debt collector.

Our short term unsecured personal cash loans are similar to what is generally referred to as a Payday Loan or Payday Advance. Every finance company will have their own terms and conditions, however we think you’ll find our loans are better than others available in the market.
